4. Bookings and discovery calls

The Site lets you book a discovery call using a third-party scheduling tool (Calendly). Booking a call does not create any obligation on your part to purchase a service, nor any obligation on our part to provide one. Any paid engagement will be the subject of a separate agreement.

If we agree to provide a paid service, the scope, price, timing, and deliverables will be confirmed to you in writing before payment. Payment terms, refunds, and delivery commitments for paid services are governed by that separate service agreement, not by these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — text, images, graphics, logos, design, and the “MettaFi” name and wordmark — is owned by us or licensed to us, and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and read content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Some imagery may include sacred objects, thangkas, prayer flags, and other materials connected to Buddhist traditions. These are presented respectfully and remain the property of their respective creators or custodians where applicable.

6. Mailing list and waitlist

If you join our mailing list or waitlist, you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing connect@mettafi.com. We handle your email address in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We take care to keep the Site accurate and current, but we make no warranties that it is complete, accurate, or up to date. Content is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as professional, financial, legal, or spiritual advice.
